 PROJECTS

Here are some collaborative projects that I have participated in throughout my academic career.

PARAOPEBA PROJECT

As a member of the Paraopeba Project communication team at PUC Minas, I was responsible for disseminating crucial information between the Government of Minas, Independent Technical Consultancies, and the affected community in response to the Brumadinho - MG dam rupture (2019). Operating under the "Coordination of Methodological and Finalistic Monitoring," the project aimed to address the aftermath of the environmental disaster. In this capacity, I lead communication strategies through the project's website and social media platforms. The project has enriched my professional experience, sharpening my skills in crisis communication and social project intercommunication with a focus on social and environmental responsibility.

I participate in Dialorg - Research Group in Communication within the Organizational Context: Theoretical and Conceptual Aspects, coordinated by Professor Dr. Ivone de Lourdes Oliveira. The group aims to reflect on and discuss the development of a theoretical and conceptual framework for the practice of organizational communication, understanding it as a constitutive process of the complex relationships between organizations and society. Through monthly meetings and readings, I have gained a deeper understanding of communication concepts within capitalism, historical contexts, and organizational behavior.

Academic work from the 5th period of the Public Relations course at PUC Minas, within the discipline "PR and Social Organization". The project aimed to contribute to accomplishing the mission of "Rede Longevidade," a non-profit civil society organization, through communication actions designed to enhance visibility and social recognition of the pro-longevity cause. The project was chosen as a finalist for the Expocom award, which recognizes experimental work developed in undergraduate communication courses — in the "Public Relations, Cultural and Social Advisory Project" category.

Two-year fashion project that I conducted, I developed comprehensive skills in communication, administration, photography, and entrepreneurship. Leading this business enhanced my ability to manage operations, effectively promote the brand, visually capture concepts through photography, and cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset. Introducing a slow fashion approach in which each piece was produced from scratch by the brand itself, this multifaceted experience significantly contributed to my professional background and the acquisition of diverse skills. It also served as an applied research project presented in diverse academic works by myself and my classmates.

There may be no better way to communicate what we do than through images. Here are some of my designs for Academic Projects.
